where to get goodly equips?

just go hunting and be patient

like I said,

any mob that drops equips, has a chance to drop godly equips

you will have better luck hunting a lv0 weapon that is above 300 wa
just hunt from any lv 20 monsters and there is a 1% of drop rate
the godly stats differs, thus you can either get a normal (100-200 wa) or epic (300-400wa) or godly (500-600wa)

FM below lv 20 monsters don;t drop weapons because they are event monsters
